Over 22 years and with more than 2,200 properties owned and flipped, I’ve had quite a journey as a real estate investor. Along the way, I’ve gathered a wealth of knowledge, insights, and strategies. I’ve put nearly every real estate investing strategies into practice, from wholesaling, joint ventures, fix-and-flips, and turnkey flips to double closings, short sales, and as a real estate broker to investors.
Over the years, I’ve relied on a proven set of real estate investing documents and spreadsheets that I’ve used consistently across all my deals. Whether you’re succeeding in acquisitions, rentals, or dispositions, having the right documents is essential—it can be the difference between profit and loss, choosing the right exit strategy, and, most importantly, avoiding legal pitfalls.
Throughout my career, I’ve continually revised these documents, making hundreds of adjustments based on every possible scenario, with legal review and approval at every step.
