The first year was all about laying the foundation. From building the website and store to launching a weekly newsletter, writing in-depth articles, setting up the YouTube channel, and establishing a social media presence—it’s been a massive undertaking, especially while managing a full-time real estate investing career fixing and flipping, acquiring rentals, and managing both our long term and short term rentals. Time is always the biggest constraint, but I’ve been committed to making this project a reality.

One of the key benefits I’ve strived to provide during the first year is to offer free, high-value content on our web site through our weekly newsletter. Many investors would charge thousands of dollars for the information I’ve provided, and the positive feedback I’ve received from many of our subscribers only confirms the value of this approach. Your emails and messages have been truly encouraging, and I’m grateful for the support.

As I enter our second year, you can see from this newsletter, I have revised it into a more condensed format, added a news feed, and will be rolling out additional perks for our subscribers in the coming weeks. And, I will continue to tweak and revise the format of the newsletter to make it an even more attractive Monday morning read for you.

In addition, my focus for the REI.School web site will be on expansion. I plan to introduce “A Day in the Life…” YouTube videos showcasing my weekly real estate activities, launch paid educational courses, and offer premium content—turning education into a sustainable revenue stream. After years in this business, I want to share my experience while building a scalable platform that benefits investors at all levels.
